We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

Because some items are produced to order, select styles may be final sale. 

 

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact auzonatelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
